History

According to the chronicle, "s' Kehlegger Bädle" is said to have experienced its best times in the 15th and 16th centuries. Later, the spa was not only a magnet for bathers, the water was also sold in bottles. Even some scenes from the world famous film "Atem des Himmels" were shot in the Restaurant.  Bad Kehlegg was first mentioned historically over 300 years ago. Until 1939, the Maria Schnee spa. Since then a lot has happened. From a pilgrimage site for Catholic priests to a gastronomic institution for us 'secular'. If you dare to look back further, you will see that a lot has changed. And yet we have remained a place for encounters.

Thomas "Meiz" and Beate have been running the famous Bädle for more than 20 years. In addition to traditional Austrian food, there are also Asian dishes that "Meiz" perfected during his stay in Thailand. The Restaurant perfectly combines the rustic history with the modern aroma from Thailand.
